Answer:
RIDOT tested the Addendum 1 PDF file and the Quest Lite bid file from the State Purchasing web site and was able to download both. We were also able to import the zip file into the Quest Lite software. |

Will the department hold the contractor to the weekly invoicing requirements in JS 109.06 including certification and all forms shown? If so, what additional backup information would need to be submitted by the contractor in order to receive payment (i.e. requirements for quantity backup). Will PRISM be used for EEO reporting? |

Contractor shall be in compliance with all contract’s specifications. Requirements are detailed in job specification 109.06 included in contract’s documents. Yes, PRISM will be used for EEO Compliance Reporting. |
