Based on historical upstream USGS data, recent underwater and routine inspection reports, site observations, and survey, during the RIDEM low-flow period from July 1 to October 31, water elevations of approximately 89 to 90 feet were observed at the site. This elevation range is an approximation based on historical data and does account for elevation changes due to individual storms or other variables that may have affected the river elevations. It may not necessarily reflect what is expected in the field. The Contractor shall be responsible for evaluating flows during the construction for the purposes of conducting concrete repairs. |
