Please confirm that the permit (Appendix C) is still active. The final paragraph of the Assent Modification states all work must be completed by July 1, 2019.
Answer:
An extension to the CRMC Assent Modification is under review and will be issued before award of the contract.

Question:
Page CS-4 - first sentence states that removal of hazardous debris/material required for access shall be considered incidental to the Lump Sum. Have tests been done by RIDOT to determine if any hazardous debris may likely be encountered? How are bidders supposed to know if any hazardous material lies under the ground surface once excavations start?
Answer:
Test pits have been performed in this area, 20 Division Street, and this information will be provided by addendum.

I can not print the plans to scale. Is there a particular size plan sheet that reflects the correct format to print scale drawings?

11" X 17" is the correct format to print the plans to scale.
