For hauling purposes, where is this barrier coming from? Is the contractor responsible for loading at the pickup site? The specification also mentions drop off times, what is being dropped off? Below basis of payment it states price constitutes full compensation for Furnishing and placing units. Please confirm the contractor is not responsible for furnishing the moveable barrier for this item. |
