Item #10 - was not given a minimum bid price as per the existing blue book specification. The job specific description of this item for this project is written to describe a daily penalty if maintenance is not performed. Therefore there should not be a lump sum bid item for this if the maintenance is to be performed as part of other items? Please clarify the intent of Item #10. |
