Due to the DBE requirements and wide range of possible tasks, necessitating the inclusion of several subconsultant firms on our Team, and the difficulty of contacting them over the holidays, would you consider extending the due date? |

May the subconsultants cover letters be considered a required form and therefore it will not be part of the 25 page maximum? |

Answer:
Sub-Consultant Proposal(s) should be included in PRIME Proposal submitted as an "Exhibit" and not counted towards the 25 page limit. It should be separately tabbed, labeled accordingly and referenced in TOC. For example, if the sub-proposal was extracted from the PRIME's, it should be able to "stand alone" so that the reviewer clearly understand its intent and purpose |

Under Relevant Firm Experience the RFP asks for a comprehensive listing of similar projects, can this be limited to a sampling of projects for which our regional offices/proposed staff participating in this contract are completing? |
