Is there any more information on how the work will be distributed? Is this a true on call RFP or will the counts be given out in large batches? How many firms will be selected for this RFP? Who was the incumbent for this project and what was the historical rates? |

Answer:
Answer to Ques 1 - The schedule of locations to count will be emailed to the awarded contractor complete with intersecting roadways. Answer to Ques 2 - We have a list of locations for priority counts but we also will add locations per engineer’s requests. Answer to Ques 3: One firm Answer to Ques 4: Quality Data Service was the last contractor to perform these duties. |
