On page 16 of the RFP, and in the notes section of the Cost Proposal form, it states “Offerors that do not submit a cost for every Task/Deliverable may be disqualified from further consideration.” Please clarify if, in addition to hourly rates, a cost proposal needs to be provided for tasks/deliverables at this point of the selection process, since at this time we do not know the scope of each specific task. |

Will RIDOT consider changing the submission due date? |

Answer:
Yes. Also, be advised that RIDOT re-evaluated the MBE goal and it is now set at ten percent (10%). The submission due date is now Friday, January 11, 2019 to allow firms more time to partner with MBE firms. This change will be posted in Addendum #2. |

The cost proposal requests hourly rates for every personnel category listed. Does this mean for every person we list on the org chart or every person we have in our company? Does this apply to subconsultants as well? Thank you. |

Include rates for the personnel that you are proposing and for whom you provided resumes. This applies to the Prime Consultant. |
