Q&A For Advertised Projects

All questions about currently advertised projects are handled through a web based question and answer system. This system allows all questions on a bid to be made public to anyone who wishes to see them. Anyone can ask a question pertaining to bid after going through a simple registration process. A list of planholders for each advertised job is also made available.

The RIDOT bidding process is handled by a program called Quest Lite. Knowledge of how to use this program is a prerequisite to placing a bid with the RIDOT.
