The sponsor chooses the company and a monthly fee is paid. In exchange the company cleans a two-mile stretch of high speed roadway 19 times per year. This is very beneficial to the state of Rhode Island's anti-litter efforts and makes a tremendous contribution in the reduction of litter along our highways, helping to keep out state beautiful. In recognition, a Catch the Wave Ride with Pride Sponsor-A-Highway sign is placed on the highway with a 2' x 4' sponsor panel, our way of thanking participants in the program. Below is a listing of the segments currently in the program. Please feel free to contact Chuck Ricci, Coordinator at 734-4806 should you have any questions about the program.
