Is the Washington Bridge part of the Relocation of I-195? No. The Relocation of I-195 in Providence extends from I-95 Exit 18 (Thurbers Ave.) to I-195 Exit 3 (Gano St.). The replacement of the Washington Bridge Eastbound over the Seekonk River is a separate project
