Question:
The RFQ states that the Project Manager and Lead Design Manager may be the same person, but the Project Manager could be more than one person. Is the intention that there could be multiple Project Managers and multiple Lead Design Managers or is it intended for there to only be one of each?
Answer:
There could be multiple Lead Design Managers as well as Project Managers.

Question:
On page 16 of the RFQ, it states that the Lead Design Manager must be a registered Architect in RI, but then asks to provide their PE license registration. Can you confirm the Lead Design Manager is intended to be an Registered Architect, and not a PE?
Answer:
Confirmed, the Lead Design Manager is to be a Registered Architect and not necessarily a P.E.

Question:
The RFP cites an MBE goal of 10%. Is the intention to restrict the 10% goal to MBE firms only, or could WBE firms also count towards the 10% goal?
Answer:
Both MBE's and WBE's performing work within the applicable NAICS codes identified in their certification, are eligible for credit towards the MBE goal on state funded projects. However, certified DBE's are ineligible for credit towards the MBE goal on state funded projects.
