Question:
The RFP cites an MBE goal of 10%. Is the intention to restrict the 10% goal to MBE firms only, or could WBE firms also count towards the 10% goal? |
|
Answer:
Both MBE's and WBE's performing work within the applicable NAICS codes identified in their certification, are eligible for credit towards the MBE goal on state funded projects. However, certified DBE's are ineligible for credit towards the MBE goal on state funded projects. |
