Answer:
RIDOT would like to see at a minimum, for the Current Workload, the Bridge Engineering and Structural Design Projects associated with the personnel shown on the organizational chart.

Reference Item 16 on page 13. We would like to clarify that the 125% referenced in that paragraph applies only to a provisional ICR that may be necessary and does not mean that this is a cap for the selected consultants. Will consultants be able to use their audited ICRs for the fees?
Answer:
Confirmed. There is no cap for Indirect Cost Rate. The 125% provisional rate will apply to firms without an approved ICR from the Office of Internal Audit or without a cognizant rate issued by another state.
