Reference Item 16 on page 13. We would like to clarify that the 125% referenced in that paragraph applies only to a provisional ICR that may be necessary and does not mean that this is a cap for the selected consultants. Will consultants be able to use their audited ICRs for the fees? |

Answer:
Confirmed. There is no cap for Indirect Cost Rate. The 125% provisional rate will apply to firms without an approved ICR from the Office of Internal Audit or without a cognizant rate issued by another state. |
