Question:
Page 12 of the RFP asks that “Respondents shall include a current listing of all rail related projects they are currently under contract to perform along with the estimated completion dates.” Due to the expansive nature of on-call work contracts, would it be acceptable to submit a summarized list of on-going projects similar in nature and size to the proposed contract rather than our entire summary of ongoing rail related projects?
Answer:
This request is necessary to assess the Current Workload criteria as described on Page 13. A summarized list is acceptable of “all rail related projects” as described in Section 13B on Page 12.

Question:
Page 11 of the RFP regarding the samples of previous work requests that “Respondents shall submit electronic samples of similar reports on a CD.” Would you please clarify the scope/type of work that these reports should include? Additionally, can we expect these reports to be kept confidential?
Answer:
It is expected that respondents to the RFP will provide samples of similar work/reports as outlined in Section 2, SCOPE OF WORK (pages 3 – 6). All submissions will be kept confidential until the project is awarded. After award the proposals become public records.
