Trying to import Add 2 into Quest. Have deleted the contract and started over, but still getting the following error displayed in a pop up box: "Unsuccessful. Error occurred. Description: At least one 'SkippingFile' even was triggered because an error prevented a file from being processed." Unsure if it is the file or my computer, but was able to import Add 1 as well as Quest files for other projects recently put out for bid without any problems.

[REVISED RESPONSE AS OF 7/28/17: Substantial Completion will be revised in Addendum No. 3 and there will no winter shutdown.] We cannot anticipate when NTP will be given. The repair work in this contract must be completed prior to winter shutdown. The contract completion date will be revised to December 14, 2017 in Addendum No. 2 to reflect this.

It appears that some of the median concrete will need to be removed in order to replace the bridge deck concrete in those areas. Can additional detail be provided on how the existing conduits transition from the roadway to the bridge median?
Answer:
The Contractor is responsible for confirming the locations of the existing utility conduits in the portion of the concrete median to be removed. The Contractor is responsible for supporting and protecting these conduits in place while performing the work around them, as noted in the plans.

Answer:

The Quest Lite Bid file for the project was not provided with the Contract Advertising Disk. Bidders shall use the Quest Lite Bid file provided with the upcoming Addendum.
