Question:
Code 202.9901, Handling, Hauling, Stockpiling, and Management of Contaminated Soils; On page JS-24, SECURITY; it states "the contractor is responsible for site security on a continuous basis. No trespassers are allow on site". How is this possible to keep trespassers off site when the contractor has to re-open the roadway to traffic per the TMP? Unless, this statement pertained to the stockpile location area, but none is shown on the contract documents. Please clarify. |
|
