Question:
It appears control of water will be required at several of the bridge locations in order to complete the specified repair work including bridge numbers 91, 146, 233, 252, 295 and 610. There are no contract items for control of water, dewatering or sand bags included in the DOQ. Please advise. |

At this time there is no control of water anticipated at these locations. If a scenario is encountered in the field that requires control of water, direction will be given at that time and the contractor will be compensated accordingly. |

Bridge 274 requires deck end reconstruction but does not have a site specific traffic plan. The TMP allows one lane of alternating traffic during weekdays only. To complete with work will require either phased construction with barrier or temporary traffic plates. Please advise. |

Sheet 57 note 6 states that replacement rebar is incidental to the repair item. The specs state that replacement rebar is paid on fore accounbt basis since it is unknown at bid time. please clarify. |
