There is a 4% DBE requirement for this project. The list of bid items does not include many work items that are traditionally performed by R.I. DBE subcontractors. Item #11 - Supplemental price adjustments and #12 - Miscellaneous work are must bid items worth $125,000.0 value. will these items be considered for DBE participation, as it is possible that these could be performed by DBE subcontractors? |
