Addendum 1 Bid Checklist does not seem to be filled in(all boxes are unchecked). Please clarify what documents are needed at time of bid. |

Answer:
The Checklist you are referring to is the "Public Works Bid Preparation Checklist" which is part of the Required State Forms package. This checklist should not have been included for this solicitation. An Updated Required State Forms package will be issued with Addendum 2 which deletes the Checklist. The Checklist is not required. |
