From I-95 North and South:
Take Route 195 East to Exit 4 for Riverside-Veterans Memorial Parkway. Continue on Veterans Memorial Pkwy. to the first bike path parking area approximately 1/2 mile on your right.

From 195 West:
Take Exit 6 South Broadway. Take a left turn at the bottom of the exit onto South Broadway, then continue straight on South Broadway for approximately 2 miles to Veterans Memorial Pkwy. Turn right onto the Parkway, bike path parking will be approximately 1/2 mile on your left across from the golf course.

Audubon Society of RI logo The Audubon Society of Rhode Island's Environmental Education Center is located on the East Bay Bike Path in Bristol. Bike racks are available.

10 Mile River pathTen Mile River Greenway

RIDOT's newest bike path, the Ten Mile River Greenway, extends from Kimberly Ann Rock Athletic Fields in East Providence to Slater Memorial Park in Pawtucket.

Parking is available:

  • Slater Memorial Park on Newport Avenue, Pawtucket.
  • Ferris Avenue, East Providence.

Blackstone Valley Chamber of Commerce Blackstone River Bikeway website

The Blackstone River Bikeway follows the path of the Blackstone River, and extends from Woonsocket to Pawtucket. Eventually it will connect with the Blackstone River Bikeway in Massachusetts, reaching to Worcester.

Parking is available:

  • Front St. (Rte. 123) in Lincoln at the flashing yellow light.
  • John St. (Rte. 123) in Lincoln at former Lonsdale Drive-In.
  • Route 116 parking area (George Washington Highway) in Lincoln, about one mile east of Mendon Rd.
  • Kelley House, Lincoln, at the northern end of Lower River Road, underneath the Rte. 116 Bridge.
  • School Street/Albion Road, Lincoln-Cumberland line.
  • New River Road, Manville section of Lincoln.

Parkingfor the Fred Lippitt Woonasquatucket River Greenway is available:

  • Riverside Mills Park off Aleppo Street in Providence. Take Route 95 North (Exit 22B) or South (Exit 22B) to Route 6 west or east to Hartford Avenue (Route 6A). Follow Hartford Avenue east to intersection with Manton Avenue. Turn left onto Manton Avenue. Pass over river; follow Manton Avenue for two tenths of a mile. Bear left onto Aleppo Street. Bikeway entrance is one tenth of a mile on the left.
  • Lyman Avenue, Johnston. Take Route 6 to Killingly Street exit (Rte. 128). Follow north 1.5 miles. Take a right on Lyman Avenue and parking lot is at the end.

Parking for the Washington Secondary Bike Path is available at:

  • Cranston Parkade on Garfield Ave., behind Lowes, Cranston
  • Hugh B. Bain Middle School, Gansett Ave., Cranston
  • Oaklawn Village, Exchange St. and Wilbur Ave., Cranston
  • West Natick Rd. (under I-295), Warwick
  • Hay St. in West Warwick, off Providence St., adjacent o the Friends of the Greenway caboose, West Warwick
  • Station Street, off Route 117, Coventry

To reach this bike path, take I-95 Exit 3 to Rte. 138 EB to Kingston Station in West Kingston.

Parking is available:

  • Kingston Station (AMTRAK) Station, on Railroad Ave., south of Route 138 in Kingston. Parking and entrance to the bike path at the southern end of the train station parking lot.
  • Intersection of Railroad St. and Route 108 in the Village of Peace Dale.
