After Reviewing the response about the Quality Control Plans, The only instance we could find was the change for the concrete supplier(in the last Blue Book Addendum). Please be more specific on what is required of the contractor under this. Is there additional contractor testing required? There was no relevant specification in regards to this. |

RIDOT will perform acceptance testing unless otherwise stated in the Standard Specifications. |

Item 906.0140 was modified to say minimum 4' pieces in the Addendum and changed the quantity accordingly. This does not clarify the issue because there is no maximum length for the detail because it seems to be written the same as ramp stones. Please change the unit to LF. |

Item 703.0708 will not be used to restore existing subdrains. The Contractor will be lliable for damage to existing subdrains. A note will be added to the plans. Addendum 3 will reflect this. |

Item 906.0140 is a standard item and will remain listed as EA. A clarification will be included in the DOQ. Concrete will be paid under Item 601.0200. Wire will be paid under Item 810.0702. Addendum 3 will reflect this. |

The TMP will govern the time restrictions for one-lane alternating temporary traffic control setup. Note 12 on Sheet 49 will be revised as a part of an upcoming Addendum No. 2. |
